Zar-Min natural zeolite feed additive is approved for use in animal feeds, and is an excellent ionic buffer in the animal digestive tract.

Zar-Min feed additive is a processed 100% natural sodium aluminosilicate hydrate used by beef and dairy cattle, broiler, commercial egg, swine, sheep, and turkey producers. Zar-Min (sodium aluminosilicate) is FDA approved for use as an anti-caking agent.

A uniform three-dimensional honeycomb-like structure is formed by the stacking of the aluminate and silicate in Zar-Min. The internal channels are occupied by exchangeable cations and water.

Zar-Min is a natural zeolite with a cation exchange capacity (CEC) of 1.75 milliequivalents per gram. The high permanent CEC enables Zar-Min to maintain a dynamic equilibrium with the positively charged ions outside the zeolite lattice. Zar-Min natural zeolite feed additive has the highest CEC of all mycotoxin binders.
